FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We will deliver your order for FREE* within our local delivery area. Free Local Delivery is available in Charlotte, NC and surrounding cities.
To qualify, YOU MUST LIVE in Charlotte or a surrounding city. Simply place an order on our website and when you proceed to check out, you will see a field at the bottom of the page titled "Discount Code." Enter the code CHARLOTTE and your shipping charges will be waived. It's that simple!
If we review your order and notice that the Free Local Delivery Discount Code was used and you are not in Charlotte or a surrounding city, we will notify you immediately and then bill you the $8.00 Fixed Rate Shipping and Handling charge before shipping out your order.
If we are running a promotional discount on our website and you qualify for Free Local Delivery area, contact us at Dmystique.firstname.lastname@example.org first so we can create a special discount code for your order that includes both the current promotional discount as well as the Free Local Delivery discount.
Local Orders will be delivered within 2 days of the order being placed, unless by arrangement. All delivery fees will be waived.
FIXED RATE SHIPPING
Freight is prepaid to the 1st 48 states on USPS Fixed Rate Shipping Service only except for wholesale and bulk orders. Each order will have a Non-Refundable $8.00 Fixed Rate Shipping and Handling charge, excluding AK & HI orders, or any order where the customer qualifies for Free Local Delivery Service. Orders shipping to AK & HI or any customer requesting a different shipping method other than USPS will pay the actual shipping and handling for their order. We reserve the right to ship by USPS.
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order. Your actual tax may vary depending upon the county where the product is being shipped.
All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit only. Proof of damage must be provided.To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving your product(s) at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
